What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am until 4pm. Earlier drop-off times can be arranged.

Do you have any loan vehicles?

We do not have any loan vehicles, but we can help you by;
  • Calling you a taxi
  • Referring you to a hire car company close by
  • Offering a free drop off service within a 5 km radius.

How can I pay my excess?

You can pay your excess to us by cash, cheque, direct deposit (please request our bank details) or EFTPOS.

Do I need to book a time for a quote?

No, you do not need to arrange a time for a quote. Please just come and see us when it is convenient for you.

Can I send photos via email for a quote?

It is best that we sight your vehicle in person to give an accurate, written quote. Damage does not always show up accurately in photos and if parts are required we will also need to note the VIN from your vehicle.

A quote is very quick (just 5 to 10 minutes) and easy, just pop in any time Monday to Friday 8 am–4 pm. We will take the photos and information we need from your vehicle and then email you back with a written quote.

How long does a quote take?

A quote will take 5 to 10 minutes.

What information do I need to bring with me for an insurance quote?

The information we need is the name of the insurance company and a claim number.

What warranty / guarantee do you offer?

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all repairs that we carry out.

Can I buy touch-up paint for my car?

Yes, we have brush touch-up bottles available to purchase.
It is best that you place your order when dropping your vehicle in for repairs, that way it will be ready and waiting when you pick up your vehicle.

We have a limited selection of colours in stock if you are wanting to purchase without having any repairs done, please phone us to see what is available at the time.

Brush touch bottles are $16.50 ea.

How will you keep in contact with me while my car is in for repairs?

We have a SMS system that will keep you updated throughout the repairs.

You will receive a text message when each stage of repairs is completed so you will always know how your repairs are going.

Can I choose my repairer, or do I have to go where my insurance company tells me?

More often than not, your insurance policy will include choice of repairer. If this is the case, you can choose which repairer you would like to carry out the repairs for you.

Do you clean my car while it is in for repair?

Yes, we clean every vehicle inside and out so when you collect your car it is looking as good as new.

Can I have extra work done on my vehicle when it is in having an insurance repair done?

Yes, just let us know either when we quote your insurance work or when you are dropping your vehicle for repairs if you would like a quote on any extra repairs.

Whether it be dents or scratches, damaged parts that require replacing, a compound and polish all over or even re-painting your rims a different colour.

Do you offer any services other than panel beating and spray painting?

We also offer headlight restorations.
If your current headlights are faded, cloudy or yellow, we can restore them to like new for $100 a set.
